Covid-19 Policy

We are very excited to have you visit The Historic Fraser Tubing Hill for an Outdoor Adventure for your entire family. 

It’s important for us to meet or exceed the guidelines set forth by local, regional, state, and federal agencies for operating during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

During the 2020-2021 Season we have made a few changes to our operations and they are outlined below: 

  • Personal protection equipment:  For the safety of our employees and guests, our employees will wear face covers.  Guests need to follow the city and county guidelines at the time of their visit. 

  • Our staff will be cleaning and disinfecting of common touch points. 

  • We’ve limited capacity.

  • Additional hand-sanitizing stations

  • Touchless Transactions whenever possible.

  • Our restroom facilities will remain open, they will be restricted to a very limited capacity. 

  • All guests are encouraged to come ready to play in the snow and tube by wearing snow boots, snow pants, snow coats, gloves, hats.  We encourage you to carry your belonging with you or leave them in their vehicle. 

  • Please leave valuables in your vehicles or at home. 


What to Expect When you Visit:                                                       

  • Weekends and Holidays please check in at the main gate; otherwise, when you arrive at the Historic Fraser Tubing please have one person from your party go to the warming house to check in.
  • Prior to your arrival when possible, please watch the training and safety video in its entirety.  Please sign and print the waiver and bring it with you when you check in at the warming house. 
  • We will then telephone/text you up to 30 minutes prior to your tubes being ready.  At this time, please have 1 person from your group go to the warming house and check out the tubes.  If you are unable to make it to the warming house within 30 minutes we will put you on the next available slot. 
  • Most importantly have fun!


What we Ask of you:


  • If you are sick or not feeling well, please refrain from visiting.
  • Wash hands often and use hand sanitizer where available. 
  • Maintain safe physical distancing from other parties. 


An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.  By visiting The Historic Fraser Tubing Hill, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.  All guests must take personal responsibility for their own health and safety when visiting by making good choices.
