It’s important for us to meet or exceed the guidelines set forth by local, regional, state, and federal agencies for operating during the COVID-19 pandemic.
During the 2020-2021 Season we have made a few changes to our operations and they are outlined below:
Personal protection equipment: For the safety of our employees and guests, our employees will wear face covers. Guests need to follow the city and county guidelines at the time of their visit.
Our staff will be cleaning and disinfecting of common touch points.
We’ve limited capacity.
Additional hand-sanitizing stations
Touchless Transactions whenever possible.
Our restroom facilities will remain open, they will be restricted to a very limited capacity.
All guests are encouraged to come ready to play in the snow and tube by wearing snow boots, snow pants, snow coats, gloves, hats. We encourage you to carry your belonging with you or leave them in their vehicle.
Please leave valuables in your vehicles or at home.
